Zachary Fleming

Zachary Fleming currently serves as President of the Midwest at TerrAscend, a position held since July 2023, and previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Facilities and CapEx Projects. Prior to joining TerrAscend, Zachary worked at Surterra Wellness from November 2017 to July 2023, where roles included Regional President and Senior Director of Retail Operations. Between May 2015 and July 2017, Zachary was CTC Director for North Florida at Acadia Healthcare, overseeing hospital operations and regulatory compliance. Zachary also served as Treatment Services Coordinator at Colonial Management Group, LP, managing a clinical staff and ensuring adherence to guidelines from various health authorities. Earlier experience includes positions as Counselor III at Maryhaven, Inc., Addiction Counselor at Individual Care Center and CRC Health Group, and Case Facilitator at Franklin County Community Based Correctional Facility. Zachary holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Ball State University.
