StaffOne

StaffOne is a multi-sport digital platform in development, designed to support long-term athlete and coach development by structuring how people, data and processes connect across the formative sports environment.

Although currently in active use and testing within football and futsal, StaffOne is conceived as a sport-agnostic platform, adaptable to different modalities while respecting the specific context, language and culture of each sport.

The platform addresses a recurring gap in formative sport: development is often fragmented. Training, observation, feedback, communication, education and personal growth are typically spread across disconnected tools or informal processes. StaffOne exists to bring these dimensions together in a single, coherent ecosystem, grounded in real-world practice.

StaffOne is currently in closed beta, with restricted access, and is being validated in real training and competition contexts.

Across the platform, StaffOne supports:
	•	training and competition planning
	•	observation and data collection
	•	documentation of coaching activity
	•	support for coach education and certification pathways
	•	generation of internship, stage and development reports
	•	AI-assisted insights where they add real value

The ecosystem includes Staff.in, a purpose-driven professional identity layer for coaches and sports professionals, and Staff.up, a bidirectional platform connecting coaches, athletes, parents and support professionals such as psychologists, nutritionists and individual training academies.

StaffOne does not aim to replace coaches or methodologies. Its purpose is to support better development environments, across sports, through clarity, responsibility and alignment.
