David Williams

David Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as an Instructor/Facilitator at Stafford Consulting Company, Inc. since January 2022, David brings a wealth of expertise in contract program management, acquisitions, and professional services. Previously, David held roles such as Alderman for the Village of Salado and Senior Project Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health, where extensive work was conducted on health initiatives. An experienced consultant, David worked with the American Red Cross and managed the Traumatic Brain Injury Center at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany. David's prior experience includes academia as a Professor of Systems Acquisition Management at Defense Acquisition University and military service as a Colonel in the US Marine Corps, where David piloted UH-1N helicopters and held numerous command and leadership positions. David holds a Master of Arts in Education from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Sciences from the United States Naval Academy.
