Glen Alleman

Glen Alleman is an accomplished practitioner with extensive experience in program planning, risk management, and project delivery across various sectors. Since 1994, Glen has led initiatives at Niwot Ridge Consulting LLC, specializing in program controls and systems management, while also serving as a keynote speaker and master class instructor. Current roles include federal acquisition project management instructor at Business Management Research Associates, Inc. and strategy consultant for Cherrill Consulting Group, notably developing balanced scorecards for the National Nuclear Security Agency. Glen has also contributed to NASA proposal assessments and integrated master planning for multiple projects. An experienced instructor, Glen has delivered numerous courses on project management, earned value management, and agile practices to federal employees. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a Physics degree from UC Irvine.
