Nicole Rahmer

Nicole Rahmer is a seasoned contract specialist with a robust background in government and military contracting. Currently serving as Contract Specialist IV at Kiliuda Consulting, LLC since February 2023 and as Contract Specialist II at Stafford Consulting Company, Inc. since January 2020, Nicole supports the Bureau of Education with its contracting needs. Nicole's previous experience includes serving as Base Contracting Officer and Operational Contract Specialist for the Alaska Air National Guard, where responsibilities included managing a $149 million Base Realignment and Closure project. Nicole began a career in contracts with the United States Air Force, where the role of Operational Contracts Manager was held from 2000 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Central Washington University.
