Todd Shadewald

Todd Shadewald, a CPA, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 1993, they started their career as a Staff Accountant at Morrow, Davies & Toelle, PC, where they performed financial reviews and audits for various companies. Todd also conducted bank director exams and assisted in a bank embezzlement case. From 1997 to 2005, Todd worked as a Corporate Controller at Koala Kare Products, a manufacturer and distributor of baby and child safety products. During this time, they managed finance and accounting functions, tax planning and reporting, financial audits, and business integration for multiple acquisitions. Todd played a significant role in increasing sales from $9M to $60M. From 2005 to 2017, Todd served as the CFO-Controller at A.R. Wilfley & Sons, Inc., an integrated pump manufacturer. In this role, they oversaw finance and accounting functions, strategic planning, human resources, legal, and tax management. Todd also managed budgets for three main operating companies. From 2017 to 2019, Todd worked as the Corporate Controller at Westwater Resources, handling finance and accounting functions, financial and tax reporting, SEC compliance, and internal control systems. Most recently, they joined Stafford Crane Group in 2021 as the CFO/Controller.

Todd Shadewald, CPA, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Wayne State College. Todd obtained their degree between 1986 and 1992. Additionally, they are certified as a CPA by the Colorado State Board of Accountancy since November 1995 and by the Arizona Board of Accountancy since August 2021.
