Robert Grulke

Robert Grulke has extensive experience in commercial law practice, particularly in state and bankruptcy courts. With a background in representing financial institutions, Robert specializes in reviewing loan documents, title insurance commitments, and lien searches to evaluate the priority and perfection of security interests in real and personal property collateral. Robert's skills also include preparing and prosecuting mortgage foreclosure, replevin, and money judgment actions, negotiating and drafting forbearance and work out agreements, obtaining relief and abandonment orders in bankruptcy courts, and analyzing proposed plans. Prior to their legal career, Grulke also held various titles in planning and forecasting at Snap-on Tools.
