Ian Turner

Ian Turner possesses extensive experience in the public sector, currently serving as the Assistant Director for Commercial and Assets at Staffordshire County Council since September 1999. Prior roles at the Council include Head of Commercial and Head of Place Delivery, showcasing expertise in managing commercial initiatives and place-based projects. Prior to this, Ian worked as a Design Engineer at Reinforced Earth Company Limited from September 1997 to August 1999. Ian holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering from City St George’s, University of London, earned between 1991 and 1995.
