Ian Waterhouse Cissp

Ian Waterhouse CISSP, MBCS, currently serves as the Executive Director of Infrastructure at the University of Staffordshire. Previously, Ian held positions including Associate Director of IT and Digital, Infrastructure and Operations at The Manchester Metropolitan University, and Director of Information Technology Operations at Birmingham City University. Ian's extensive experience encompasses roles such as Interim Head of IT Strategy at Sandwell and West Birmingham CCG and Interim Head of IT Operations at the University of Leicester. Additional roles include Group Head of IT & FM Services at Police Mutual and Head of IT at Cumbria Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Ian has a strong background in strategic IT leadership, infrastructure management, and service delivery, with responsibilities spanning incident management, cyber security, and IT service alignment with organizational goals. Education was completed at Hyde Grammar School from 1974 to 1979.
