Jodie Gibson

Jodie Gibson is a seasoned consultant and trainer specializing in coaching, with experience in various artistic and community-focused roles. Currently serving as a consultant at Create Place since April 2020, Jodie designed a tailored Train-the-Trainer Coaching package. Previous roles include Creative Programmer at Oldham Council, where Jodie orchestrated a two-day outdoor arts festival, and Creative Producer for Cheshire West and Chester Council's recovery program post-lockdowns. As the Artistic Director of SpareParts Festival, Jodie managed a successful outdoor arts initiative that engaged over 100,000 participants. Additional experiences include creative production and artistic roles at Festival Stoke, b-arts, and a directorial position at The Manchester Metropolitan University’s Axis Arts Centre. With an educational background in coaching, strategic leadership, and drama, Jodie has significantly contributed to increasing participation in the arts and has a strong record of developing impactful community programs.
