Richard Gilmartin

Richard Gilmartin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in design and coaching. Currently serving as Co-Course Leader and Lecturer at the University of Staffordshire since September 2021, Richard emphasizes hands-on practice in education. Since February 2017, Richard has also been a Creative Designer and Existential Coach at Think and Create Ltd, where innovative solutions are achieved by merging diverse skills. Previously, Richard held various key design roles at Bentley Motors Ltd, including Interior Design Consultant and Senior Designer, contributing to significant projects such as the EXP 9F and the Queens State Limousine. Richard's design expertise is complemented by a robust educational background, holding degrees in Industrial Product Design and Automotive Design, along with certifications in Coaching and Hypnotherapy.
