Tom Keskinen

Tom Keskinen is an experienced finance executive currently serving as the Group CFO at StaffPoint Oy since September 2022. Previously, Tom was the Finance Director at AVARN Security Finland from October 2016 to August 2022, contributing to the company's status as the second largest private security services provider in Finland. Tom's extensive background includes various finance leadership roles at Microsoft between April 2014 and June 2016, where responsibilities ranged from managing financial operations for the Phones Design & Gear departments to overseeing the finance for the Feature Phone business during its divestment process. Prior experience at Nokia involved managing finance activities across several divisions, including the Nokia Research Center and the Smartphones business. Tom began their career as a Business Controller at SmartTrust Ltd. Tom holds a Master’s Degree from Hanken School of Economics and has furthered education through programs at Aalto University and IMD.
