With 10 years’ recruitment industry experience I have managed to gain an invaluable understanding of the industry, which includes search & selection, contract recruitment, employee assessment and volume recruitment.
I am an extremely efficient and hardworking individual whose primary focus is a win-win mindset. As I am target-driven, I take full responsibility for delivering the best possible client service and delivering exceptional individuals to companies, consistently exceeding their objectives and requirements.
With proven experience gained within leading recruitment agencies and managing high-profile blue chip clients, there was a need for a no-nonsense resourcing solution that focused primarily on the needs of the client and delivered a cost-effective model, so I created StaffX Solutions.
StaffX Solutions is unique in the way that our values of passion, professionalism, honesty, integrity and ambition are ingrained into our internal culture, and this means that I focus on delivering a quality service to my clients that surpasses their expectations.

If you have an important project that you feel would benefit from a professional collaborative approach, I can provide you with the perfect solution. From large campaigns to a one off specialist hire I can help, advise and design a recruitment strategy to meet your requirements.
