Raymond Francisco

Vice President, Construction Group Manager at STAG Industrial

Raymond Francisco has extensive work experience in construction and project management. Raymond started working as a Project Engineer at Laidlaw Environmental in 1991 and later became a Project Manager at Franklin Environmental in 1993. In 1997, Raymond joined Tetra Tech EC, Inc. as a Site Remediation Manager, overseeing various site activities and managing a team of engineering and construction personnel. Raymond worked on projects such as the New Bedford Harbor Superfund Site OU-1. In 2004, Raymond joined ECC as a Project Manager, where they worked on the Sydney Tar Ponds Solidification and Stabilization Project. Raymond facilitated the project and resolved public concerns while working closely with clients and government agencies. In 2011, Raymond transitioned to Charter Environmental as a Program Manager before joining ECC again in 2012 as a Senior Project Manager. At ECC, they managed design-build projects at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, including the disassembly and reconstruction of a warehouse building. Raymond held multiple roles at STAG Industrial, Inc., starting as a Construction Project Manager in 2014 and then becoming the Vice President of the Capital/Construction Group in 2019. Currently, they serve as the Vice President and Construction Group Manager at STAG Industrial, Inc.

Raymond Francisco obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 1991. Raymond also holds additional certifications including LEED AP, Professional Engineer - Civil from Massachusetts, and Project Management Professional - PMP from the Project Management Institute.
