Content Lead at Stage 3

Akanksha W. has a diverse work experience in the field of content creation and management. Akanksha started their career as a Content Writer at TeaSwan in 2020, where they conducted extensive research and created various types of content to drive website traffic. Akanksha also wrote product descriptions for a large number of products.

In 2021, Akanksha joined AREMAS as a Creative Content Associate. During their time there, they developed content in multiple formats, implemented trending strategies, and successfully increased website traffic by 50%. Akanksha also worked closely with the founders to establish a brand image and conducted research on mental health.

Next, Akanksha worked at Trell as a Content & Creative Associate starting in 2021. In this role, they engaged with influencers for content generation, managed content delivery from scripting to editing, and curated a daily content calendar for top creators.

Currently, Akanksha is employed at Stage3 as a Content Lead, a position they started in 2022. Akanksha'sresponsibilities include creating and scheduling daily brand content, managing a large number of Nano, Micro, and Macro Influencers for content production, and negotiating influencer contracts for campaigns and collaborations.

Akanksha W. completed their education in a chronological manner. Akanksha started their academic journey in 2002 and completed their 12th grade at St. Joseph's Convent School. Later, from 2015 to 2018, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with Honors at Delhi University. Afterward, they attended J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA from 2019 to 2021, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth).

Alongside their formal education, Akanksha also obtained several additional certifications. In October 2020, they completed the "Introduction to Google SEO" course from Coursera. Later, in April 2021, they acquired two more certifications: "Create a Business Marketing Brand Kit using Canva" from Coursera and "Social Media Marketing" from HP LIFE.
