Matt Carlson

Matt Carlson has a diverse work experience starting from 1997. Matt began their career as a Golf Professional at Sunset Golf Course and then worked as a PGA Golf Professional at Boulder Country Club. Matt later switched to Royal Oaks Country Club, where they first served as a PGA Assistant Golf Professional and then as the PGA Head Golf Professional. In 2008, they joined State Farm Insurance as an Agent, where they successfully grew the insurance business and achieved significant sales milestones. Finally, in 2010, they joined Stage 3 Separation, first as a Contracts Manager and then as the EVP Administration. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, analyzing budgets and business trends, and improving the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization.

Matt Carlson attended Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business from 1993 to 1997. Matt obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a major in Accounting.
