Bryan Watts

Bryan Watts has a diverse work experience in the creative field. Bryan started their career as a Graphic Designer at Hypothesis Group in 2017, where they developed a deep understanding of complex research data and created visually engaging infographics and motion graphics. Bryan also introduced augmented reality technology for Compartes Chocolates and designed compelling deliverables for ESPN.

In 2019, Bryan joined STAGE3 AGENCY as a Motion Graphics Designer, where they played a crucial role in the agency's growth by spearheading the development and implementation of motion design capabilities. Bryan designed projects from inception to completion, resulting in strong relationships with Toyota, Lexus, and JBL. Bryan also introduced animation as a new service offering.

At STAGE3 AGENCY, Bryan quickly grew and assumed the role of Art Director in 2020. In this position, they confidently and effectively communicated ideas, evaluated projects leaving the agency, and collaborated closely with project and account managers to establish efficient workflows and realistic timelines. Bryan successfully managed a team of 7 designers, ensuring productivity and meeting project deadlines.

Prior to joining STAGE3 AGENCY, Bryan worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer, starting in 2011. During this time, they gained and managed client relationships, created brand identities for local companies and startups, and learned various skills related to marketing, self-promotion, project management, and contract development.

Bryan Watts holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Graphic Design from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Graphic Design and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Fine Arts from Mt. San Antonio College, completed from 2008 to 2013. Bryan also has a Teacher of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TEFL) certification from MyTEFL, which was obtained in 2023.
