Sharon Vye-Parminter

Sharon Vye-Parminter has extensive experience in the transportation industry, particularly in the areas of safety, environment, and sustainability. Sharon most recently served as the Health, Safety, and Environment Director at Stagecoach Group plc since August 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Safety and Sustainability (UK Bus and Rail) at Stagecoach UK from 2017 to 2019. Sharon also served as the Safety and Assurance Director at South West Trains - Network Rail Alliance from 2013 to 2017. Sharon has held various roles related to safety and environment in other companies such as First Great Western, First Capital Connect, National Express East Coast, Londonlines, and Wessex Trains. Their work experience spans from 2001 to the present.

Sharon Vye-Parminter earned a BA in History from the University of Southampton from 1988 to 1991.
