Lindy Emery-Harris

Lindy Emery-Harris is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading global People operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of the Global People Team at Stagwell since September 2020, Lindy enables international scale and business alignment while partnering with executive leadership to design people-first programs that drive growth and retention. Previously, as Director of People Operations, Lindy managed the entire People function during a significant post-acquisition transformation, focusing on strategy, DEIB, talent development, and HR tech integrations. Lindy's earlier roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at Forsman & Bodenfors New York, where foundational talent and leadership programs were developed, and Human Resources Manager at dentsu, overseeing HR infrastructure for a rapidly growing workforce. Lindy began a career in HR as a Human Resources Generalist at McGarry Bowen LLC, growing with the company from 50 to over 800 employees while directly collaborating with senior leadership and department heads.
