Don A. Kruse

Don A. Kruse has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Don A. began their career in 1995 as a Technical Editor Contractor at /Health Level Seven (ISO standards document). Don A. then worked as a Facilities Coordinator and Quality Assurance at Organic, Inc. from 1996 to 1998.

In 1999, Don joined Future Network USA as an IT Help Desk Specialist and held this role until 2001. During this time, they also worked as a System Engineer (Contract) at Rosai Group, Inc. and as an IT Support Specialist (Contract) at Beatnik, Inc.

From 2001 to 2003, Don served as the Manager of Information Technology at Cheskin. Don A. then moved on to Fujitsu Computer Products of America - Storage Products Group, where they worked as a Product Support Specialist from March 2004 to October 2004.

Currently, Don is the Information Technology Director at Stahancyk, Kent & Hook P.C., a position they have held since February 2005.

Don A. Kruse completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Film, Photography, and Video at the San Francisco Art Institute from 1984 to 1988. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1984, they attended the College of San Mateo where their fields of study included Film, Photography, History, and English, although they did not obtain a specific degree from this institution.

In addition to their formal education, Don A. Kruse obtained the Freshdesk product expert certification from Freshworks in March 2019.
