Erin Mee is an Associate Attorney at Lafky and Lafky since March 2022 and has been serving as an Administrative Assistant at Stahancyk, Kent & Hook P.C. since January 2020. Erin currently works as a Law Clerk at Portland State University, contributing to student legal services, and engages in tenant advocacy as a Hotline Volunteer and Office Worker with the Community Alliance of Tenants since October 2017. Previous roles include culinary positions at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, New Seasons Market, Fred Meyer, and Safeway, along with mentoring children at Eye to Eye National and teaching English as a volunteer at World Passport. Erin holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Lewis and Clark Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Literature and Humanities from Reed College.
