Friedhelm Felten

Friedhelm Felten is currently serving as the Program CFO of the Power4Steel Transformation and Head of Procurement Green Steel at SHS - Stahl-Holding-Saar GmbH & Co. KGaA, where Friedhelm is leading the largest NET ZERO Program in the European Steel Industry. Prior to this role, Felten worked as a Senior Advisor & Interim Executive at H&Z Management Consulting, and held various leadership positions at Merck KGaA, DHL, and BASF. Friedhelm has also taught at SKEMA Business School and has a strong background in finance, procurement, and business transformation. Felten holds a Senior Executive Programme degree from the London Business School and has extensive experience in the industry.
