Mattia Nazzaro

Mattia Nazzaro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and research within the chemical industry. Currently serving as an Operational Excellence Leader at Stahl since June 2019, responsibilities include continuous improvement processes, implementation of LEAN methodologies, effective communication with teams, and troubleshooting activities. Previous roles include R&D Researcher at Stahl, focusing on the development of polymer-based chemical products and leather industry formulations, and Quality Specialist at The Dow Chemical Company, where product validation and process modifications were key tasks.
