Victor Bronstein has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Victor started their career in 1993 at Applied Materials, where they worked as a Software Engineer and later became a Software Team Lead. During their time there, they founded a new software project and managed a team of 12 developers.

In 2003, Victor joined Mercury Interactive as a Software Engineer, where they worked on infrastructural features for the Mercury Quality Center product. Victor later became a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead, focusing on performance analysis and problem-solving.

In 2007, Victor moved to HP Software and took on various roles, including Senior Software Engineer, System Architect, and System Engineer. Victor contributed to the development and improvement of the HP Universal CMDB product, implementing changes to shorten the development cycle, streamline the build process, and establish continuous integration practices.

Victor then joined Jive Software in 2011 as a Principal Engineer on the Architecture Team, where they maintained infrastructure components and addressed scalability and performance issues of the product.

In 2014, Victor joined Kenshoo as an Architect and later became the Software Infrastructure Team Lead. Victor led the reworking of the company's foundation to improve robustness, scalability, and performance.

From 2017 to 2023, Victor worked at HiBob, starting as an Architect and later becoming the Chief Architect. Victor played a key role in bridging the gap between product requirements and implementation, mentoring tech leads and helping them mentor developers. Victor also created the vision for the company's main product, enabling it to become a fully customizable HRIS platform.

Most recently, Victor joined Staircase AI in 2023 as a Developer.

Victor Bronstein completed their BSc in Applied Mathematics from Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Victor then pursued further education at Weizmann Institute of Science, where they obtained an MSc in Computer Science from 1991 to 1993.
