Baptiste Dupont

Baptiste Dupont has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2021. In 2009, they served as a Project Manager for Junior ISEP. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Compliance Trainee at Johnson & Johnson and a Product Owner at Capgemini Financial Services. From 2014 to 2020, they held three roles at PeopleDoc Inc.: Product Manager, Head of Customer Services, and Project Manager. In 2021, they became the Chief Operating Officer at STAIRWAGE, where they are responsible for advancing social progress by allowing employees to access their salary whenever they need it. Additionally, they are defining and executing the integration strategy between legacy PeopleDoc product and UKG products, as well as the marketplace strategy and partnerships to support product growth.

Baptiste Dupont completed their Master's degree in Information Technology from ISEP - école d'ingénieurs du numérique in 2012. Baptiste also earned a Master's degree in Information Technology Project Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro in 2011. Baptiste also attended Florent Schmitt, but no degree was earned.
