Jérôme Senot has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2008. In 2008, they completed a stage at Societe Generale as a Modélisation du risque de crédit. From 2009 to 2017, they worked at ENGIE in various roles, including Intrapreneur - Polution de l'air à l'intérieur des logements, Intrapreneur - Modulation de la consommation électrique des particuliers en France, Chef de projet, and Ingénieur études économiques et logiciels d'aide à la décision. From 2017 to 2020, they were Co-fondateur and CTO at hoplabon. Most recently, they have been CTO & Co-founder at Stairwage, where their mission is to assist companies in providing financial relief to their employees.

Jérôme Senot attended École Polytechnique from 2005-2009, where they studied Informatique et mathématiques appliquées. Jérôme then obtained a Master 2 de Modélisation aléatoire (M2MO ou ex DEA Laure Elie) from Université Paris 7 Diderot in 2008-2009, specializing in Mathématiques financières.
