Troy Williams is an experienced military veteran and aviation professional, currently serving as the Director of Safety at STA Jets since 2020. Prior to this role, Troy worked as a Dispatch Manager at STAjets, INC from 2015 to 2020, and also held positions as a Flight Scheduler at JetSuite and a Space Flight Trainer at United Space Alliance. Troy began their career as a Firefighter/Paramedic with the City of League City from 2005 to 2014. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University between 2003 and 2005.
