Vice President Of Engineering & Operations at Stakeholder Midstream

Carl Fenderson, P.E. has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the engineering and operations field.

- From 2000 to 2007, they worked at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company in various roles, including Process Design & Development Engineer and Operations Engineer. Carl'sresponsibilities included process design, engineering support, and training for polyolefins plants, as well as the development of proprietary polyethylene process technology.

- In 2007, Fenderson joined Washington Group International, where they worked as a Senior Process Engineer. Carl was involved in the completion of a FEED package for a sulfur recovery plant and acted as the lead process engineer for one area of the unit.

- From 2008 to 2011, Fenderson worked at Chesapeake Energy as the Engineering & Construction Manager, overseeing the design and construction of pipeline and facility capital projects for a large natural gas gathering system. Carl also served as a Facilities Engineer, supporting gas gathering system design and managing the installation of gas treating and dehydration facilities.

- From 2011 to 2015, Fenderson worked at Access Midstream as a Manager - Operations, where they managed a large gathering pipeline system and later transitioned into the position of Area Operations Manager. Carl also took on a temporary one-year assignment as a project manager and engineer for two Eagle Ford oil/condensate gathering terminals.

- In 2015, Fenderson joined Williams as Manager - Projects, leading an organization that initiated, designed, and constructed pipeline projects for a large gas gathering system. Carl later became Manager - Technical Services, responsible for evaluating, designing, and constructing pipeline, compression, and treating facility projects. In 2018, they were promoted to Director - Technical Services, leading an organization responsible for evaluating, designing, and constructing pipeline projects across multiple gas gathering systems.

- Since 2019, Fenderson has been employed at Stakeholder Midstream, LLC as the Vice President of Engineering & Operations, where they are responsible for the overall engineering and operational activities of the company.

Carl Fenderson, P.E. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they received certification as a Professional Engineer from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers in December 2005.
