Jerome Guillen

Jerome Guillen is the Co-Founder of Stakwork. Prior to their current position, Mr. Guillen served as President of Heavy Duty Trucking at Tesla from January 2016 to June 2021. Before their time at Tesla, Mr. Guillen was the Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Service at Tesla Motors from November 2010 to August 2015. In this role, they built and led the worldwide Tesla service organization, including recruiting and training staff, expanding the service locations in North America, Europe, and Asia, ensuring best customer satisfaction and top performance. Mr. Guillen also developed benchmark remote diagnostics and preventive maintenance programs and rolled out a proprietary DMS.

Prior to their time at Tesla Motors, Mr. Guillen served as Director of Business Innovation at Daimler AG from October 2007 to November 2010 and as General Manager of New Product Development at Freightliner LLC from September 2002 to September 2007.

Mr. Guillen is a Co-Founder of Senza.

Jerome Guillen has a PhD in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan. Jerome is also an Ingeniero, specializing in energy technologies (nuclear engineering), from ETSII (Universidad Politecnica Madrid). Jerome has a BS in mechanical engineering from ENSTA (Paris) and also attended Lycee Thiers.
