Cody Griffin, CPA.CITP CISA, currently serves as the Division President at Staley Technologies since November 2023. Previously, from August 2013 to January 2024, Cody was a Partner in Technology Services at HoganTaylor, where responsibilities included overseeing IT Managed Services, Cybersecurity, and Technology Solutions. Cody also led HoganTaylor's Risk Assurance Services and IT Advisory groups, with a focus on areas such as Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, IT Audit, and Internal Audit Assurance Services. Prior experience includes being a Partner at FROST, PLLC, and working in Systems Process Assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Cody holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and an MBA in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University.
