Adam Wdowiak

Mr. Adam Wdowiak has a university degree and is a Master of Management. He graduated from WSB in Dąbrowa Górnicza at the Faculty of Management, Computer Science and Social Sciences, he is authorized to keep accounting books.

He has been associated with Huta Katowice (currently ArcelorMittal Poland SA) for over thirty years. He started working at the steelworks in Dąbrowa Górnicza in 1988 in the maintenance department of the steelworks. He actively participated in the modernization works of the steel plant's lifting equipment and participated in the start-up of machines for continuous casting of steel I and II (COS). In 2004, he moved to the Steel Pouring department, and eventually took the position of a shift foreman in the ladle and OPP department of that steelworks. He is a long-time member of Międzyzakładowy Związek Zawodowy Pracowników ArcelorMittal Dąbrowa Górnicza (MZZP AM DG). For two terms he was and still is a member of the board of MZZP AM DG. Since September 2022, he has been the chairman of MZZP AM DG.

According to the submitted statement, Mr. Adam Wdowiak meets the criteria of independence from the Company, listed in the Act of 11 May 2017 on statutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision.
