Carissa Conelias

Carissa Conelias, MSN, RN, NEA-BC has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Carissa is currently serving as the Director of Quality for Patient Care Services at Stamford Health, a role they assumed in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Hospital for Special Surgery as the Nurse Manager of HSS Stamford Collaboration from March 2018 to September 2022. Carissa also held positions at Nyack Hospital, where they served as a Nurse Manager from January 2017 to March 2018 and as a Nursing Supervisor from August 2016 to January 2017. Before their time at Nyack Hospital, they gained experience at Norwalk Hospital as a Clinical Nurse Manager from March 2016 to August 2016, as a Staff Nurse from June 2015 to March 2016, as an Assistant Nurse Manager from December 2012 to June 2015, and as a Staff Nurse from August 2010 to December 2012.

Carissa Conelias holds a Master's degree in Clinical Nurse Leader from Fairfield University, which they obtained between 2014 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mount Saint Vincent from 2008 to 2010. Carissa also holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health and Preventive Medicine from Hofstra University.
