Fayoke Fatade Msn

Fayoke Fatade MSN, RN NEA-BC serves as the Nurse Manager of the HSS at Stamford Health Hospital for Special Surgery, a role held since August 2019, overseeing perioperative collaboration and clinical logistics in the Pre/Post and OR departments. Concurrently, Fayoke manages nursing operations at Stamford Health, focusing on staff education and workflow management. Prior experience includes serving as the Service Line Leader Coordinator for the OR at Albany Medical Center from December 2015 to August 2019 and as an Assistant Nurse Manager at Bassett Healthcare Network from February 2010 to February 2015, where significant contributions as a cardiac team leader were made. Fayoke holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from Chamberlain University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science from Hartwick College, along with an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing from Medgar Evers College, CUNY. Currently, education is being pursued at Fairfield University.
