Kathleen Stuart

Kathleen Stuart is a highly experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a specialization in psychiatric mental health care. Since September 2007, Kathleen has served at Stamford Hospital as a PMHNP-BC, managing psychiatric mental health care needs in both Unit and Consultation and Liaison roles. Additionally, Kathleen provides psychotherapy and medication management at Changing Perspectives since April 2014, utilizing techniques such as Clinical Hypnotherapy and EMDR. Previous experience includes a role as Health Care Services Coordinator at CLASP Group Homes, Inc., serving individuals with autism and developmental challenges. Kathleen holds an MSN in Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nursing from Fairfield University, alongside a Master of Arts in Experiential Health and Healing, a degree in Massage Therapy, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
