Mallory Martino

Mallory Martino is the Chief Human Resources Officer at BIC, responsible for the development and delivery of BIC’s global HR strategy. Mallory joined BIC in January 2020 and is focused on leading the HR transformation and critical people initiatives that accelerate the cultural shifts required to deliver profitable, sustainable growth.

Mallory has spent her career working with business and HR leadership to define and execute people strategies that drive performance. Prior to joining BIC, Mallory worked at McKinsey & Co., serving clients across multiple industries on a range of organizational and people topics. She has worked on a multitude of transformations and large-scale HR initiatives at manufacturing, renewable energy, industrial, and media/entertainment companies. She has also worked extensively on HR organizational design, the creation of leadership development and performance management programs, and change management initiatives, all with a focus on capability building and linking talent strategy to business performance. Prior to joining McKinsey, Mallory spent four years at McLagan, a subsidiary of AonHewitt, where she advised financial services companies on the design of compensation programs.

Mallory holds a Master of Business Administration with distinction from Cornell University's Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University. Mallory currently resides in Stamford with her husband, Michael, and two sons, John and James
