Prudence Manirakiza has extensive work experience in the field of pharmacy and healthcare. Prudence'smost recent role was as the Director of Pharmacy Business & 340B at Stamford Health, where they managed the pharmacy business and oversaw the 340B program. Prior to that, they served as the Pharmacy Business Manager and 340B Support Pharmacy Manager at the same organization.
Before joining Stamford Health, Prudence worked at Esperanza Health Center, Inc. as the Pharmacy Manager for the 340B Drug Pricing Program. In this role, they were responsible for managing contract pharmacies, financial budgeting and reporting, compliance audits, inventory, dispensing, and operational management. Additionally, they served as the e-prescribing manager.

Prudence Manirakiza, PharmD, MPH, MA, ACE, has an extensive education history. Prudence completed a Doctorate of Pharmacy at Université Mohammed V Souissi from 2004 to 2011. In 2010 to 2011, they obtained a Certificate in Pharmacy and Humanitarian Aid from Université de Caen Normandie. Prudence also holds a Dual Masters in Public Health and International Peace and Conflict Resolution from Arcadia University, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. Furthermore, they have additional certifications, including being a 340B Apexus Certified Expert, obtained in March 2019, and Pharmacie et Aide Humanitaire, obtained in 2012.
