Gladymarie Rivera Ortiz is a dedicated special education professional with extensive experience in various educational settings. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher in the ASD Program at Westover Magnet School and in the Specialized Program at Strawberry Hill Elementary IB School since February 2018, Gladymarie has previously worked at Vimar Therapy Group as a Special Education Teacher and Educational Therapist, focusing on individualized educational programs and academic assessments. Prior experience includes serving as an Instructional Special Education Coach for Caribe Grolier Scholastic Inc, providing support to teachers in Puerto Rico, and as a Special Education Teacher at Academia Joeleanny, where Gladymarie developed and implemented educational plans for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Special Education from Carlos Albizu University and a Bachelor of Arts in General Psychology from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico.
