Suzanne DeFelice is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent development and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Stamford Public Schools since March 2021, Suzanne previously held significant roles at IBM from 1999 to 2021, culminating in the position of Executive Succession & Development Partner. In this capacity, Suzanne successfully identified and developed diverse talent pipelines, delivering a pipeline of 400 potential executives with a 71% diversity rate, while also spearheading a new growth strategy aimed at diversifying future leadership. Throughout the tenure at IBM, accomplishments included enhancing project management processes, streamlining talent review procedures, and achieving high levels of productivity and retention rates through innovative administrative management.
