Ismael Soto has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ismael began their career in the U.S. Army, serving as a Sergeant from 1997 to 2005. After that, they worked at Freda Custom Foods as a Shipping Manager and later as a Plant Manager from 2006 to 2007. Ismael then moved on to Optimum Food Group, where they served as a Production Manager from 2008 to 2011, focusing on creating new and innovative products. From 2012 to 2015, Ismael worked as a Packaging Supervisor at Ferrara Pan Candy Company.
Their most recent position has been at Stampede Meat, Inc. At Stampede Meat, they started as the Indirect Purchasing and Co-Manufacturer Manager from 2015 to 2019. Ismael then became the SR Manager of Supply Chain and Production Planning from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Supply Chain and Warehousing, which they started in July 2022.
Ismael Soto's education history includes two significant experiences. From 2009 to 2011, they attended Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality Institute, where they pursued an Associates degree in Culinary Arts. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Illinois Chicago from 2011 to 2014, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business.
