Grant Torre

Vice President of Film Development and Production at Stampede Ventures

Grant Torre has a diverse work experience with a focus on film development and production. Grant started their career as a Campaign Intern for Ted Lieu for Congress in 2014. Grant then worked as a Development and Production Intern at TGroup Productions and Fly On The Wall Entertainment in 2014. In 2015, they interned at Whitaker Entertainment as a Film Development Intern and at Flying Bark Productions as a Development and Production Intern.

In 2016, Grant joined Creative Artists Agency as a Motion Picture Literary Intern, and the following year, they became a Mailroom Clerk at the same company. Grant then returned to the Motion Picture Literary department as a Motion Picture Literary Assistant in 2017.

In 2018, Grant transitioned to Stampede Ventures, where they held multiple roles. Grant initially served as the Chief of Staff & Assistant to the CEO, supporting company-wide communication and representing the CEO's vision. Grant then became a Creative Executive, collaborating with department heads to develop Stampede's projects and identifying new opportunities. Later, they took on the role of Director of Development, managing a slate of over 50 projects and working closely with key creative partners. Currently, Grant holds the position of Vice President of Film Development and Production at Stampede Ventures.

Throughout their career, Grant has demonstrated strong creative and administrative skills, working on various projects and building relationships with industry professionals.

Grant Torre attended Swarthmore College from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree. During their time at Swarthmore, Grant focused on Film and Media Studies as their major and also pursued a minor in Psychology. In 2015, they participated in a semester exchange program at the University of Sydney, where they continued studying Film and Media Studies and also Government.
