Jaeson Ma is a media executive, artist, and entrepreneur. The founder and partner of multiple companies focused on accessing the Asian market through entertainment, media, and technology, Jaeson is considered one of the leading financiers to companies, institutions, and individuals investing in Asian media and entertainment. During his career, he has raised capital and/or advised on transactions totaling over $1 billion in value, including numerous Asian film, television, and music transactions.

He is a co-owner of popular social music video app Triller, co-founded Stampede Ventures, digital music label 88rising, and east-west brand strategy & investment firm East West Ventures.

He is a Senior Advisor to KKFarm Fund, a joint investment fund with a focus on investing in new music labels and services across Asia created by Tencent Music Entertainment and KKBox - two of the most dominant music streaming platforms in greater China. As well, Jaeson is a senior advisor to private equity funds advised by Courage Capital Management, LLC which invests in catalogs of music rights. He is also a Venture Partner with GoodWater Capital, a consumer tech-focused venture capital firm in Silicon Valley. Investments include Musical.ly (TikTok), Grab, Brain, Slock.it, Paris Hilton Lifestyle, Our song, and Maum.
