Alvaro C. Alcazar Jr. (Jay)

Alvaro "Jay" C. Alcazar, Jr. has extensive experience in product management and customer success within the eCommerce and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Auctane since August 2013, Alcazar has previously held roles such as Product Marketing Manager and Associate Product Manager at Stamps.com, focusing on user interface enhancements, release rollout plans, and market research. Prior to Auctane, Alcazar contributed to ShipStation in various capacities, including Product Training Coordinator and Senior Customer Success Specialist, facilitating training and resolving customer inquiries. Earlier experience includes serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Pearson and as a Science Teacher in the Recovery School District. Alcazar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Sociology from Loyola University New Orleans.
