Kate Ann May

Katie May joined our board of directors in March 2019. Ms. May currently serves as a consultant to the Company and had served as the chief executive officer of our ShippingEasy subsidiary from the time we acquired it on July 1, 2016 until her resignation effective December 31, 2019. Ms. May became the chief executive officer of ShippingEasy, Inc., then a fledgling Sydney-based start-up, in 2012. Prior to that, she was the founder and chief executive officer of Kidspot.com from 2005 to 2012. Ms. May earned her MBA with honors from the University of Texas.
