Eugene Norkin

Eugene Norkin has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Eugene started their career as a Sr. Project Engineer at Stanadyne, where they participated in the development of new types of fuel equipment and performed stress and strength analyses. Eugene then worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at SARGENT MANUFACTURING COMPANY ASSA ABLOY, INC for a brief period. After that, they joined Stanadyne LLC again as a Staff Engineer, where they conducted simulations and analysis of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components. Eugene also designed cam systems, conducted CFD analysis, and provided recommendations for improvement and new concept designs. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Staff Engineer at Stanadyne LLC, where they lead department-wide analysis efforts and implements simulation and analysis capabilities within the organization.

Eugene Norkin obtained their Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Transport Construction Institute, where they studied from 1985 to 1989.
