Katherine Bavasi

Katherine Bavasi is an experienced professional in eCommerce and customer experience management, currently serving as the Director of eCommerce Operations at Stance since September 2018. In this role, Katherine oversees the E-Commerce CX department, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance brand growth and operational efficiency. Prior to Stance, Katherine held various positions in real estate, customer relations, and retail management, successfully guiding buyers and sellers, establishing best practices, and managing a large retail team. Katherine holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of San Diego.
