Spencer Clement

Spencer Clement is currently working at John Deere as a Tool & Die. Prior to this, Spencer held the same position at Stanco Metal Products. Additionally, Spencer worked as a Tool Maker at AGI NDA. Spencer studied Tool & Die at Iowa Central Community College in two separate programs between 1981-1990. At John Deere, Spencer is responsible for building jigs and fixtures, as well as maintaining products with ergonomic functions to ensure the safety of workers.
