Cherrie L. Davis, ACC, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished keynote speaker, certified facilitator, coach, and change consultant at ShiftForward Consulting since March 2016, dedicated to enhancing individual and organizational potential. As a certified professional coach with Stand Beside Them, Inc. since August 2015, Cherrie partners with veterans and their families to facilitate successful transitions to civilian life. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Integration Executive at GE Capital and holding multiple strategic and HR leadership roles in the US Army for over 21 years, which included directing HR operations for large employee bases and implementing military hiring strategies. Cherrie's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Black Hills State University.
