Adilene Valencia is an experienced Parent Outreach Coordinator at Stand for Children since September 2017, where responsibilities include organizing events and conducting parent engagement at Reynolds High School, as well as creating bilingual presentations. Additionally, Adilene has volunteered as an Event Volunteer with the organization, facilitating outreach efforts. Previously, Adilene served as a Politicorp Fellow with The Bus Project, focusing on a District Attorney Race Campaign, and worked as a Supervisor at Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh, providing leadership and customer service. Adilene also gained experience as an intern for US Senator Jeff Merkley, assisting with constituent calls and housing research, and held the position of Director of Community Affairs at Mt. Hood Community College, advocating for student concerns. Education was pursued at the College of Urban and Public Affairs at Portland State University from 2016 to 2019.
