Melissa Scheffler-Hoyle is a seasoned communications and media professional with extensive experience across various roles in prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Initiatives Leader at Stand Together Foundation since February 2025, Melissa previously held the position of Principle Based Management Content Strategy and Development Lead at Koch Industries from February 2021 to February 2025, along with a role as Communications Manager. Prior to this, Melissa was the Evening News Anchor and Managing Anchor at KWCH 12 for nearly a decade and worked as an Anchor/Reporter at WHBQ FOX13 Memphis. Early career experiences include positions as an Anchor/Reporter/Producer/Photographer at KDRV-TV | KDKF-TV and as a Reporter/Photographer/Producer at KOMU 8 & Mid-Missouri CW. Melissa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2002.
