Erin Shaffer

Erin Shaffer has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and organizations. Erin is currently the Managing Director of Operations at Stand Together Music since March 2022. Prior to this, they held leadership roles in Make-A-Wish America, including Sr. Director of Business Transformation and Director of Development Operations. Erin also served as the President & Owner of Clarion Fundraising Resources, Inc. and worked as a Development Specialist at LivingWell Cancer Resource Center. Earlier in their career, Erin was a Regional Director at the American Cancer Society and a Development Associate at Rush-Copley Foundation.

Erin Shaffer obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, with a focus on General Communication, from Augustana College. Erin attended the college from 1997 to 2001. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Arts degree at Northern Illinois University from 2001 to 2003. Erin specialized in Communication Theory during their time at the university.
